Thank you for choosing Printifyx Enlighten Mind! We appreciate your trust in our products and services. Every T-shirt we print is made with care, using your chosen design and specifications. Because each order is custom-made, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

💡 1. Customized Products

All our T-shirts and printed products are customized as per your order details (size, color, design, and text).
Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Wrong size or color ordered
  • Incorrect design, spelling, or image uploaded by the customer

👉 Please double-check your design, size, and order details before placing your order.

🛠️ 2. Defective or Incorrect Items

We value your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right!

You are eligible for a replacement or full refund if:

  • The product is physically damaged or defective
  • The print quality is poor or blurry
  • You received a wrong design, color, or size due to our error

📸 Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@printifyx.in with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

📦 3. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions.
  2. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

⏳ 4. Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ 5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided printing has not yet started.
Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
